1. Up to 100,000 Skywards Miles on Emirates NBD cards

Emirates NBD is running welcome offers across its Skywards co-brand cards, with headline bonuses reported up to 100,000 Skywards Miles on the top cards, and around 35,000 miles on the Skywards Infinite after you hit the minimum spend. That is a serious chunk toward a business class seat out of Dubai.

  • Best for: Emirates loyalists who can clear a meaningful minimum spend in the first couple of months.
  • Watch: the big numbers sit on the higher-fee cards. Do the maths on the annual fee versus the miles before you jump.

2. ADCB Etihad Guest Infinite: 60,000 welcome miles

For the Etihad side, the ADCB Etihad Guest Infinite is carrying a strong welcome bonus, reported around 60,000 Etihad Guest Miles plus a monthly bonus, with lounge access on top. The annual fee is high, so this one rewards higher spenders.

  • Best for: Etihad flyers who spend enough each month to justify the fee.
  • Watch: confirm the current welcome miles and the spend needed to unlock them.

3. A cheaper way in: RAKBANK Skywards Signature

Not everyone wants a big annual fee. The RAKBANK Skywards Signature is the lower-cost route into Skywards earning, with roughly a mile per dirham on everyday spend. Less flashy, but a sensible first miles card if you are testing the waters.

The Nuqat rule for welcome bonuses: only chase a minimum spend you would hit anyway. A bonus you buy with unnecessary spending, or with interest on a balance you cannot clear, is no bonus at all.
